VisionMail à la carte is a unique service which provides your company with all the benefits of an email marketing campaign without any of the maintenance / logistical issues. This plan is more designed for the company who does not want to have a monthly commitment to an email marketing plan but rather send emails in a “on demand” scenario. Also, many of our clients utilize this plan as a billable service for Show Organizers who need to communicate to their clients in a timely fashion.

How does it work?

To start the process in motion you simply provide us with a list of email addresses from your target market and we will import them into our Distribution program. From this moment on you are ready to do an email campaign on a moments notice.

When you are ready, you simply send us an email that is formatted the way you would want it to be received and indicate when you would like it to be distributed and we will take it from there. We have many basic templates that will give your campaign message a professional edge.

Your desired email will be imported into our Distribution program where it will be enhanced to allow for people to opt-out of future mailings (they will receive a confirmation message) and optionally, insert tracking mechanisms that will allow you to analyse the effectiveness of each marketing campaign.

Then by utilizing our dedicated, high volume mail server your marketing campaign is distributed at the specified date and time.

Subsequent to the marketing campaign you will receive a report on the effectiveness of the marketing campaign that could include:

• the number of recipients sent to
• the number of bounces
• the number of recipients that open the email (Optional)
• the number of recipients that clicked on a specific hyperlink (Optional)
